From apples to almonds and cabbage to cucumbers, pollinators are responsible for much of our food and drink. In fact, they are needed for approximately one in three mouthfuls we put in our belly.
Two years ago I planted a long line of Bee’s Friend flowers to attract pollinators to my garden.
One day I found this creature floating in the air from one flower to the next, doing its job for future flowers.
I whispered, “Check out my veggies soon, please.”
It replied back, “Sure thing! And I’ll bring some of my friends.”
