I had some of my best time in southern France during the afternoon spent in Cagnes-sur-Mer, a suburb of Nice. The main attraction for my wife and I was the trek up the hill — a challenge, but a great workout. The narrow, winding roads and walkways — quite picturesque. And the medieval castle, Château Grimaldi, at the top — a treat to roam and then catch a bit to eat at. There was also a somewhat risqué art gallery in the castle that I found just plain funny.
So, if you are in Nice, find time to travel throughout this suburb’s steep hill for a fun time.
Now about the picture: Aren’t the details in those delicate flowers cool?
